As long as it isn't packed yet, yes — write as soon as possible to info@kanjoworks.com with your order number. Once shipped we can't stop it, but you can return it within 30 days.

Yes, the invoice is e-mailed right after payment and is also in the order details in your account. If you're buying as a business, tick “Buying as a business” at checkout and add your Company ID / VAT ID.

Exactly that. Every design is printed in a limited number of pieces. When a size sells out, it most likely won't come back — that's why sold-out sizes have a “Notify me” button in case something frees up (a return).

Packeta pick-up point 79 CZK, home delivery 99 CZK, PPL / DPD 119 CZK, pick-up in Hradec Králové free. Apparel over 2 000 CZK ships free within CZ. Car parts, wheels and bulkier accessories are shipped by weight and size — you see the price at checkout before placing the order. Yes. Slovakia via Packeta (129 CZK, free over 3 000 CZK), the rest of the EU via DPD / GLS from 249 CZK. Outside the EU only by prior agreement — get in touch and we'll quote individually.

Card (Visa, Mastercard, 3-D Secure), Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer (QR code by e-mail) and cash on delivery (+39 CZK, CZ / SK only). Cards are stored by the payment gateway; we only see the last four digits.

You'll get the tracking number by e-mail and SMS the moment we hand the parcel to the carrier. You can also follow the status in your account in the order details. If the shipment doesn't move for 3 business days, get in touch — we'll sort it out with the carrier for you.

The cotton is pre-shrunk; washed at 30 °C and air-dried it keeps its shape. A tumble dryer can take up to 3 % — if you use one, go a size up. Wash prints inside out, no fabric softener.

Yes. Caps have an adjustable strap (56–62 cm), the beanie is stretchy and fits 54–60 cm.

For apparel, a size exchange is free, once per order. Send us your order number and the size you want. We ship the new one as soon as the original arrives — unworn, with tags. We'll e-mail you a return label.

Yes, within 30 days of receipt, no questions asked (the law gives 14, we give 30). Send the goods unworn and with tags to our registered address — Jana Černého 366/1, Věkoše, 503 41 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same method you paid with. Details in the terms and conditions.

Stickers can only be returned in undamaged packaging (not once the backing film is peeled). Limited pieces can be returned like anything else, but given the small run we may not have a replacement for exchange.

24-month warranty. Send photos of the defect and your order number to info@kanjoworks.com, we'll resolve it within 30 days, usually within a week. The procedure is in the terms and conditions.

• Degrease the surface (IPA or technical alcohol), don't apply below 10 °C.
• Remove the backing paper, keep the transfer tape.
• Lay it down from one side and squeeze the air outwards with a squeegee (or a card).
• Peel the transfer tape slowly, at a sharp angle back over the sticker.
• Don't wash or adjust for 24 hours.

Yes — outdoor cast vinyl with matte laminate, 5+ years outdoors, car wash and pressure washer are fine (keep the nozzle more than 30 cm away). Only aggressive solvents will harm it.

Yes, warm it with a hair dryer, peel slowly and wipe any adhesive residue with label remover. Nothing stays on paint or glass.

No, you can order without registering. An account saves your addresses, order history and wishlist and gives you early access to limited drops. Orders placed without an account get linked to it later by e-mail.
