We pack in Hradec Králové and ship to CZ, Slovakia and EU countries; outside the EU only by prior agreement. Shipping is calculated at checkout by method, weight and parcel size — apparel over 2 000 CZK ships free anywhere in CZ.

Apparel over 2 000 CZK = free shipping with every carrier in CZ (except cash on delivery, which always carries a 39 CZK fee). Car parts, wheels and bulkier accessories are shipped by weight and size — you see the price at checkout before placing the order.

For apparel, shipping to Slovakia is free over 3 000 CZK and to the rest of the EU over 5 000 CZK. Outside the EU we ship only by prior agreement — get in touch and we'll quote shipping individually.
03 Delivery time
- Items in stock ship on business days, usually within two business days of payment.
- Made-to-order and custom goods (car parts, one-offs) have their dispatch date stated with the product and in the order confirmation.
- Pre-orders of limited drops have the dispatch date stated on the product page and in the order confirmation.
- For bank transfers we ship once the payment clears (usually the next business day).
- Before Christmas and during drops dispatch may stretch to 48 hours — we'll say so in the banner at the top of the site.

All prices on the site are final, including 21 % VAT. The invoice is e-mailed after payment.
05 Packaging and tracking
Apparel goes into recyclable mailers, stickers into a rigid cardboard envelope so they don't bend. You'll get the tracking number by e-mail and SMS the moment we hand the parcel to the carrier — then you can follow the status right in the order details.
06 Returning a shipment
Send returns and exchanges to our registered address: Jana Černého 366/1, Věkoše, 503 41 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. For an apparel size exchange we send you a free return label (once per order); for returns you cover the return postage. Details in the FAQ and in the terms and conditions.
